Our Service of Worship
In our services of worship, we embrace tradition with an openness and readiness for meaningful innovation.
We expect a service of worship to direct us away from what we already think about ourselves and others and God; to direct us toward the Lord God of Israel, whose kingdom Jesus came serving; and to nurture in us gospel eyes and ears for the reality, truth, and presence of God, revealing God’s own word to us, teaching us, and changing us.
